Dan Gunawardana

Founder/ Managing Director

A CPA with a career spanning over 18 years working in administrative, finance, and executive roles in small, medium, and large aged care and disability sector entity, Dan has developed a broad expertise in sustainable service delivery and good governance.

Dan is passionate about quality aged care and disability services and is committed to enhancing a higher level of independence by providing the best in-home support.

Dan’s compassionate nature, passion for the industry, desire to make a positive impact in the lives of Older Australians and less privileged people in the community and keen interest in system innovations led to Collective Care Companions, a not-for-profit entity that provides care and support for older Australians and disabled people.

Dan loves AFL and cricket, he is currently volunteering as a cricket coach for a local junior cricket club.
